Been taking a lot of photographs lately. The other day I got into a discussion regarding the difference between a snapshot and art photography.
Do you really have to have fancy lenzes and pricey strobe lights and other equipment to make art photos? Or does it qualify as art whenever the artist says it does, (as long as it's not aunt Martha in front of some tourist attraction or other)?
I've been dumping most of my photos into my flickr account( [link] ) and only putting the ones I like best on DA. I sort of feel they are just "filler" until I get around to finishing my real artwork.
I dunno, what do you think?

I firmly believe that the novel "Inquilibrium: Behind the Curtain of Life" I'm writing for 4 years now is going to be one of the most life-transforming, hope-giving, insight-bearing book you'll ever read. All I ask of you is to remember me and its title.
